Welcome to Mei Garden. By placing an order or using our website you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Our Products
All arrangements at Mei Garden are handcrafted using fresh seasonal blooms. Because we work with natural and perishable products, the exact flowers, colours and composition of an arrangement may vary slightly from what is pictured. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value. We do our best to replicate every design as closely as possible while ensuring every arrangement leaves our studio at its absolute best.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your zone and are in addition to the product price.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your arrangement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and e-transfer. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Order Cutoffs and Timing
We recommend placing your order at least 3 to 5 days in advance to ensure availability. Same day orders are available for Designer’s Choice Floral Selections only and are subject to availability. Orders placed during peak seasons such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day may have earlier cutoff times which will be communicated on our website and social media.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a store credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated as your arrangement will already be in preparation. We do not offer cash refunds on cancelled orders.
Delivery
We deliver seven days a week throughout the Lower Mainland and Tri-Cities. Delivery fees vary by zone and are confirmed at checkout. We will do our best to deliver within your requested timeframe however exact delivery windows cannot always be guaranteed. Mei Garden is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, no one being available to receive the order or other circumstances outside of our control. If a delivery is unsuccessful we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
If your arrangement arrives in a condition you are unhappy with please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo at hello@meigarden.ca. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Because florals are perishable we are unable to offer cash refunds.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed in advance on a recurring basis as agreed at the time of sign up. You may pause or cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations made within 5 days of the next delivery date will still be charged for that cycle.
Gift Messages
We will do our best to include your message exactly as written. Mei Garden is not responsible for errors in messages submitted by the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Mei Garden website including photos, copy and branding is the property of Mei Garden and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mei Garden is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the original order placed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Your continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
