Our delivery service covers Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond, plus New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, and Langley. Wherever you are, we’re here to bring your blooms right to your door.
Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?
We do offer our Designer’s Choice option, along with a few same-day selections.
What Hours Do You Deliver?
Our standard delivery hours are listed below. If you have a specific time in mind, feel free to send us a message — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it.
Monday - Friday:
10am-12pm
12pm-2pm
2pm - 4pm
4pm - 6pm
Saturday - Sunday:
11am-2pm
Limited availability after 2pm.
What Are Your Delivery Fees?
We deliver fresh blooms straight from our East Vancouver studio to your doorstep! Delivery fees are based on your location, and the best part? Orders over a certain amount qualify for free or discounted delivery—because we love making it easy (and a little more affordable) to treat yourself or someone special.
Do You Guarantee a Specific Delivery Time?
While we’d love to, our delivery windows are between 10 AM and 6 PM to ensure everyone gets their blooms on time. However, if you have a special request, let us know—we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Do You Call The Recipient Before Delivery?
Not usually! We love keeping it a surprise. But if needed to ensure a smooth delivery, we might give them a quick call—no spoilers, promise!
What If the Recipient Isn’t Home? Don’t Worry – We’ve Got a Plan!
If it’s safe, we’ll leave the flowers in a secure spot and let you know. If not, we’ll reach out to arrange a second attempt or find the best solution. Your blooms are in good hands!
What Happens If I Entered The Wrong Address?
No worries—it happens! Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to reroute your order. Additional delivery fees may apply, but we’ll work with you to make sure your flowers get to the right spot!
What Should I Do If I Need to Modify My Order?
