At Mei Garden, we take pride in using only the freshest flowers and crafting each arrangement with care. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know! Since our flowers are perishable, all fresh flower orders are final sale. However, if there’s an issue with the quality of your arrangement, we’d love to make it right. Just email a photo to hello@meigarden.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you on an exchange.

For any concerns with plants, please reach out within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
