Rental Period

Pickup:
For daily rates, the drop off period is next day from 9-10am next day. A late fee will be applied for any rop offs after 10am; this is in respect to our other clients.

Full Service:
Complementary pickup is available until 11pm. Late pickup is available for an additional fee of $50 from 11pm-1am. Any pickup after 1am will require a 2 day rental fee (+$100), with pickup from 9am-10am. Alternative times can be discussed & arranged.

Deposits

Applies to walls & add ons:

• 50% off Deposit required to secure booking date. Refundable up to 7 days prior to your event.
  
• Second 50% upon a week prior to rental.
• $300 Backdrop Damage Deposit charged day of; funds will be returned upon inspection.
• $20-$50 Damage Deposit for add-on items.
  

We understand that situations happen, and we trust that you handle our backdrops with care. With this in mind damages over $25 in repairs will be deducted from the deposit.
